Tailored Support for
Couples, Individuals & Families

Whether you’re preparing for marriage, in crisis, or simply desiring to build a stronger bond, I specialize in helping couples move from disconnection to deeper intimacy. I work with:

  • Communication struggles
  • Conflict cycles
  • Infidelity & trust repair
  • Emotional withdrawal/blaming
  • Pre-marital counseling
  • Navigating major life transitions as a couple

Sometimes personal healing needs space to unfold. I work with individuals to explore:

  • Anxiety & depression
  • Grief & loss
  • Relationship issues
  • Identity struggles
  • Life transitions
  • Cultural displacement
  • Addiction & recovery
  • Emotional regulation & relational patterns
  • Spiritual questions & struggles

Family dynamics can be complicated—but they can also be a source of deep healing. I support families with:

  • Building emotional safety & connection
  • Parenting challenges
  • Foster care & adoption support
  • Parent-child conflict
  • Blended family transitions
  • Generational trauma

Addiction often thrives in secrecy, shame, and isolation, so our work in therapy is to explore the deeper emotional and relational roots of addictive patterns—whether related to substances, behaviors, or thought cycles.

With compassion and honesty, we’ll explore what’s driving the cycle, build emotional regulation, and forge healthier pathways toward connection and thriving. Recovery isn’t just about abstaining—it’s about restoring relationships with yourself and others with meaning, identity and connection.

Spiritual questions and longings are deeply human and deeply relational. Whether you’re wrestling with belief, doubt, seeking spiritual direction, deconstructing/reconstructing faith, or wanting to integrate your values more fully into your life, I provide a safe space to explore. My own background includes work in spiritual formation and faith-based ministry, and I welcome clients from all faith traditions or none at all.

When we’ve experienced trauma, our nervous systems adapt to protect us, often in ways that keep us stuck. As a trauma-informed therapist, I approach healing gently and relationally, helping you build safety, regulate emotion, and reconnect with your body and story. Healing happens in relationship, and we’ll move at a pace that honors both your pain and your resilience.
